    Explore is on the hunt for an experienced Product Business Analyst to help drive the success of our Product organization.

    What You’ll Be Doing

    We are searching for an experienced Business Analyst who can gather important company data and compile it into reports for use in managing Explore’s products. This role plays a critical role in testing our products with our clients and analyzing/presenting the results to our clients. We seek someone who can take charge of a project and deliver results that will make the organization more profitable. Our ideal candidate has the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and translate business data into digestible information that improves corporate processes and product performance.

    We believe in providing clarity and focus to what our employees are responsible for – their mission. The missions for this role are:

    • Conduct Data analysis with Explore Product test results with Client files to show benefit of Explore Products
    • Partner with sales and product management to deliver analysis that aids in the new sales process, and assist in the client implementation projects
    • Identify business trends utilizing real data, compile analysis reports that are delivered to Product Managers
    • Determine and document user requirements for business test processes and abide by those requirements for future projects
    • Query databases to help troubleshoot potential production issues
    • Will become an expert on Explore’s data processes and contents and product options and settings

     

    Additional responsibilities of the role include:

    • Maintain and champion a team culture, help employees thrive in an inclusive and collaborative environment
    • Attend Client test result meeting and test prep meetings
    • Work on Ad Hoc analysis projects in support of the Product Management and Development teams
    • Implement KPIs to measure success across the Product team
    • Participate in strategy and long range planning processes within areas of responsibility in support of business and IT strategies.
    • Effectively communicate and collaborate with a variety of different audiences
    • Assist QA team to evaluate effects of data source load on production processing

    Qualifications

    Are You Qualified?

    • Bachelor’s degree in Math, Computer Science, Business or equivalent of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job
    • Experience working in Microsoft SQL Server
    • In-depth understanding Excel and creating analysis for business use
