    R3PI is the “Do it different” unit within the Solera organization. This unit consists of exceptional technical and business professionals that are drilled to execute projects within the shortest time and to exacting standards. The mission of R3PI is to implement innovative, new solutions and carry them through to production before handing them on to the “Do it right” and “Do it better” units for further leveraging and maintenance.

    We’re on the hunt for an experienced FP&A Director who ranks in the top quartile among their peers. Someone who has a highly competitive and entrepreneurial mindset that is wired with a team-first attitude, has no problem rolling up their sleeves to execute their missions, and can modulate between leading and following as needed. This position will be reporting to VP Finance OCEO and will support the business units which are directly led by Solera CEO, Tony Aquila.

    What You’ll Be Doing

    At Solera, we believe in providing clarity and focus to what our volunteers are responsible for – their mission.  The 80’s, as we call them at Solera, are the employee’s priorities associated with their role or mission.  The mission 80’s for this role, are:


    1. Execute financial reporting (actual, forecast, plan) in BI systems for R3PI, OPEX and GAM organizations, provide financial analysis of actual results to operating plan budget and forecast and be accountable for ad-hoc support & participation in critical business analytics and key project support as directed by management.
    2. Provide support to operational line, including but not limited business case, value proposition, customers and other third-party contracts review and drive sales pipeline
    3. Implement corporate policies, procedures and standards, oversee the execution within the organization and manage capitalization of labor on internally developed software


    Additional responsibilities of the role include:

    • Interact with finance and business stakeholders to deliver solutions to support company mission and targets
    • Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation & change management
    • Support business with financial trainings, business cases and balance the business needs.
    • Accountable for ad-hoc support & participation in critical business analytics and key project support as directed by management
    • Foster constructive and proactive communication across organizational boundaries
    • Identify, assess, track, and mitigate issues and risks at multiple levels


    Are You Qualified? 

    • Strong financial analysis and modeling skills to identify business drivers and summarize key business insights 
    • Impeccable attention to details yet possess skills to tell the executive story to influence business decisions 
    • Exhibit growth mindset and able to work independently and collaborate across cross-functional teams 
    • Ability to project manage effectively and deliver successful results amidst multiple competing priorities 
    • Managed large scale of CapEx investments in corporate real estate facilities
    • Works well with ambiguity and able to independently problem solve 
    • Exemplary interpersonal skills, including strong verbal and written communication skills  
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high pressure environment 
    • 8+ year of demonstrated financial analysis work experience 
    • BA/BS degree in Finance or Business, MBA, CPA and/or advanced technical degree preferred
