    We’re on the hunt for an experienced Development manager who ranks in the top quartile among their peers. Someone who has a highly competitive and entrepreneurial mindset that is wired with a team-first attitude, has no problem rolling up their sleeves to execute their missions, and can modulate between leading and following as needed. You will serve as the Development manager.

    Position 80s

    What You’ll Be Doing

    At Solera, we believe in providing clarity and focus to what our volunteers are responsible for – their mission. The 80’s, as we call them at Solera, are the employee’s priorities associated with their role or mission. The mission 80’s for this role, are:

    1. Responsible for wide range of software implementation functions, including developing  new applications, analyzing and maintaining current applications and processes, and making recommendations for improvement and innovation
    2. Analyze system specifications and translate system requirements to manageable and measurable tasks
    3. Responsible for analysis of current applications including performance, diagnosis and troubleshooting of problems, and drive  solutions & recommendations accordingly.

    Additional responsibilities of the role include:

    • Mentor other software development team members
    • Collaborate with team members and other groups in writing clear and concise functional, design, and implementation documentation
    • Adhere to company development standards (coding standards, unit testing, integration testing, best practices)

    Qualifications

    Are You Qualified?

    • 5+ years’ experience developing front-end components of web applications
        • C# , .Net and .Net core.
        • Sql Server and relational databases
        • JavaScript and JavaScript libraries (AngularJS/ReactJS preferred)
    • Excellent problem solving skills
    • Ability to work with teams on large projects
    • Ability to take strategic direction from management
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • BS degree in Computer Science or related degree Preferred
