    Position 80s

    What You’ll Be Doing

    At Solera, we believe in providing clarity and focus to what our volunteers are responsible for – their mission.  The 80’s, as we call them at Solera, are the employee’s priorities associated with their role or mission.  The mission 80’s for this role, are:

    1. Provide a world class accounting service to our internal business customers that allows them to focus on the 80 of delivering value to our North American customers
    2. Improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the current General accounting processes identifying opportunities to leverage the scope and scale of a common enterprise world class O2C process and enabling systems.
    3. Drive the accelerated implementation of the Solera Finance Business Services organization to enable our North American business to become one Team focused on One Strategy to achieve Mission 2020

    Additional responsibilities of the role include:

    • Assist sales and operations teams with contract administration within SalesForce.com.
    • Determine whether contracts are appropriately completed and signed off by new customer and sales team.
    • Make sure the customer is set up properly in key software systems.
    • Verify pricing from SalesForce opportunity to the signed contract.
    • Launch participants in SalesForce based on customer contract.
    • Liaise with operational team responsible for enabling customer in production environment.
    • Update customer master / profile to reflect changes in services


    Are You Qualified?

    1. Associates Degree in Business or related field or combination of education and relevant experience
    2. Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales processing, preferably in Insurance or Software Industry.
    3. Must be proficient in MS Office: Word and Excel
    4. Must have strong organizational and analytical skills.
    5. Must be detail-oriented.
    6. Must have excellent customer service skills.
    7. Must be able to work with all levels of staff and management.
    8. Must be highly motivated and ambitious.
    9. Must have proven ability to work well with peers in all other functional departments in a collaborative and team manner.
    10. Must have excellent verbal and written skills.
    11. Preference for SalesForce.com experience.
