    We’re on the hunt for an experienced Valuation Service Representative who ranks in the top quartile among their peers. Someone who has a highly competitive and entrepreneurial mindset that is wired with a team-first attitude, has no problem rolling up their sleeves to execute their missions, and can modulate between leading and following as needed.  You will serve as the primary point of contact for insurance clients requesting a vehicle valuation for a total loss claim

    What You’ll Be Doing

    At Solera, we believe in providing clarity and focus to what are volunteers are responsible for – their mission.  The 80’s, as we call them at Solera, are the employee’s priorities associated with their role or mission.  The mission 80’s for this role, are:

    1. Deliver an amazing customer experience to clients requesting and updating vehicle valuations through phone and email support.
    2. Accurately produce vehicle valuations for multiple types of vehicles by conducting online research, utilizing our internal resources, and making outbound calls to dealerships.
    3. Continuously learning in an ever-changing environment with new vehicles and new vehicle technology introduced every year.


    Additional responsibilities of the role include:

    • Prioritizing and completing work received throughout the day, to help ensure our clients valuations are returned to them as quickly as possible.
    • Utilize instant messenger for team support and communication.
    • Act as the voice of our customer, by passing along feedback to help improve our company and our team.



    Are You Qualified?


    • High School diploma or GED equivalent
    • Any combination of experience and high interest in Recreational Vehicles, Semi-truck, Automotive, Power Sports, or Commercial Vehicles is strongly desired
    • 3-5 years in a customer service profession, preferably with an insurance or automotive organization.
    • Able to type 40 words per minute with 95% accuracy
    • Strong organizational skills


    Ability to:

    • Effectively communicate with others, at all levels of the Company, and with the general public, both verbally and in writing.
    • Demonstrate a courteous, tactful and professional approach with employees and external customers and vendors.
    • Accurately complete tasks and projects, within allowable time-frames.
    • Perform special assignments as requested by the management team.
    • Work extended/flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, evenings, etc., as necessary;
    • Sit for multiple hours at a time and to work multiple hours a day at a computer keyboard; and
    • Remain alert and focused during the work day.
