    We’re on the hunt for an experienced Sales Representative who ranks in the top 2% among their peers. We’re looking for a highly competitive and entrepreneurial mindset that is wired with a team-first attitude, has no problem rolling up their sleeves to execute their missions, and can modulate between leading and following as needed. You will serve as an Account Executive and be a key member of our outstanding sales team.

    What You’ll Be Doing

    At Solera, we believe in providing clarity and focus to what our volunteers are responsible for – their mission. The 80’s, as we call them at Solera, are the employee’s priorities associated with their role or mission. The mission 80’s for this role, are:

    • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline of opportunities to consistently meet sales objectives
    • Develop and deliver sales presentations, to include both in-person as well as web-based presentations/demos
    • Execute entire sales lifecycle – lead generation to discovery to presentation to close

    Additional responsibilities of the role include:

    • Facilitate and implement new customers to Explore along with customer service representatives
    • Attend occasional industry trade shows; expected to follow up with the prospects engaged with at trade shows

    Qualifications

    Are You Qualified? 

    Education and Experience:

    • 5+ years in professional B2B sales with experience handling entire sales process
    • Fleet/trucking industry experience a plus
    • Experience selling software/data solutions with a consultative sales approach
    • Must have extensive experience in lead generation and prospecting
    • Skilled in articulating and presenting value propositions
    • Self-starter; strong problem solving and analytical skills; strategic and creative thinking aptitude
    • Must be comfortable presenting solutions via webinar
    • College degree required
