    What You’ll Be Doing

    At Solera, we believe in providing clarity and focus to what our volunteers are responsible for – their mission.  The 80’s, as we call them at Solera, are the employee’s priorities associated with their role or mission.  The mission 80’s for this role, are:

    1. Perform a wide range of administrative and general office related duties under minimal supervision, ensuring effective daily operations
    2. Support Explore’s business leaders to provide key HR assistance in reaching core business goals
    3. Provide executive support to the senior management team



    Additional responsibilities of the role include:

    • Compose internal and external correspondence, memos, documents, reports, and manage office mail and answer phones
    • Arrange and coordinate meetings and conferences. Handle routine and non-routine logistics.
    • Work on highly confidential and complex projects, requiring a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism
    • Manage RMD’s schedule and travel arrangements
    • Process expense reports and submit invoices to the Accounting department for payment
    • Coordinate the on-boarding process of all new hires; coordination of forms
    • Manage off-boarding process
    • Work with management to address and resolve employee relations and performance concerns in a timely, consistent and responsive manner
    • Create, improve, and maintain written processes and procedures for Human Resources
    • Maintain and update company employee personnel records with accuracy and strict confidentiality
    • Respond to employee inquiries regarding Human Resources policies, procedures and programs
    • Manage the annual Merit Drill by advising managers, providing reports, answering questions about the process, and ensuring accuracy with data entry of compensation changes.
    • Improve and maintain Visio Org Chart
    • Lead, assist, or facilitate special projects as assigned


    Are You Qualified?

    • High school education required, Associates Degree or a two year business school certification preferred
    • 7+ years of experience supporting executive level management
    • Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
    • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with executives, employees and customers
    • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer service
    • Ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
    • Reliable, confidential, self-motivated and possess a positive attitude
    • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
    • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing and evolving priorities and demands in a fast paced environment
