    Position 80s

    What You’ll Be Doing

    At Solera, we believe in providing clarity and focus to what our volunteers are responsible for – their mission.  The 80’s, as we call them at Solera, are the employee’s priorities associated with their role or mission.  The mission 80’s for this role, are:

    • Intake customer/partner integration requests: Work with the commercial team and customers to understand and document the requirements, while helping customers understand our standard integration options and standards
    • Prioritize requests based on business impact/importance: Work with engineering to scope and schedule the necessary work, Clearly and concisely communicate status updates upwards and outwards focusing on the 80, Triage and de-escalate any issues that arise.
    • Participate in RFP/client engagements as necessary when integration is a critical component


    Additional responsibilities of the role include:

    • Interacting with client counterparts to discuss integration designs, technical details, attending and facilitating project meetings
    • Creating and maintaining shared project plans, coordinating activities and dependencies among multiple parties in integration projects
    • Assisting in data mappings between external client systems and our integration interfaces
    • Individual should be well organized, extremely detail oriented, and able to provide clear, concise output as a result of his or her requirements gathering
    • Comfortable to work in a fast paced, collaborative, high energy cross-team environment


    What You’ll Be Doing

    • Understanding of data processing and integration technologies
    • Strong communication skills, both oral and written, to articulate requirements to the technical team and solution options to the stakeholders
    • Experience with Agile software development process and tools, such as Aha!, JIRA
    • Familiarity with CIECA BMS format is a plus
    • Familiarity with claims process is a plus
    • Must be able to work closely with business stakeholders, engineering, and support teams to gather feedback and capture details.
    • Have a passion for project organization and delivery on commitment
    • Minimum 3 years Business Analyst or Project Manager experience
    • Experience working in an enterprise environment but with entrepreneurial teams and mindset
    • BA/BS in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
    • Domain knowledge in automotive/insurance is a plus
