    What You’ll Be Doing

    This position will be responsible for analyzing data content across multiple products and platforms including creating new reports and dashboards, expanding on existing metrics, as well as continuous review for data improvement. A passion to explore and learn anything and everything about cars is key for this role. At Solera, we believe in providing clarity and focus to what our volunteers are responsible for – their mission. The 80’s, as we call them at Solera, are the employee’s priorities associated with their role or mission. The mission 80’s for this role, are:

    • Analyze vehicle and market data to identify ways to optimize configuration based on errors, patterns and KPIs
    • Perform research to resolve escalations submitted by coworkers and customers
    • Produce actionable reports for internal and external usage
    • Perform advanced Data Manipulation using Excel and ABL
    • Compose white paper or industry publications on trends identified through research
    • All other duties as assigned.


    Are You Qualified?

    • 2 years’ experience in Data Research and analysis
    • Strong organizational skills and Microsoft Office (Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel and Access experience)
    • College degree or equivalent work experience required
    • Excellent verbal and written skills
    • Problem solving, analytical thinking
    • Ability to translate complex information into visual and graphical formats
    • Detail oriented with an emphasis on efficient processes that result in high quality and accuracy
    • Ability to multi-task and work under fixed and aggressive timelines
    • Ability to use SQL/Query Language is a plus
    • Ability to assess values on vehicles and vehicle equipment values or ability to acquire these skills within 6 months of beginning employment
