You will serve as the Director Product Management.

    What You’ll Be Doing

    At Solera, we believe in providing clarity and focus to what our volunteers are responsible for – their mission. The 80’s, as we call them at Solera, are the employee’s priorities associated with their role or mission. The mission 80’s for this role, are:

    1. Build the product pipeline; lead new product development from ideation through launch
    2. Bring solutions to the market that generate incremental YoY revenue for the business
    3. Select and develop an elite team



    Are You Qualified?

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business
    • 10+ years of demonstrated success in Product Management utilizing a phase gate or similar process; experience working within an Agile/SCRUM environment
    • Broad experience delivering service solutions using modern technology and software
    • Experience managing and/or collaborating with geographically dispersed teams
    • Ability to actively manage budgets and financial reporting for new product development activity, to include detailed business analysis and use of cutting edge tools to produce business case scenarios
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; effectively utilizes the Solera 3Fs (Facts, Finesse, Force)
    • Strong cross-functional team leadership skills; can get things done through others in addition to having a reputation for delivering his/her mission
    • Demonstrated capabilities with six-sigma and process evaluation/improvements preferred
    • High integrity, someone who builds relationships through trust and open communication
    • Resilient, passionate and performance-driven
