    We’re on the hunt for an experienced Technical Support Engineer1 who ranks in the top quartile among their peers. Someone who has a highly competitive and entrepreneurial mindset that is wired with a team-first attitude, has no problem rolling up their sleeves to execute their missions, and can modulate between leading and following as needed. You will serve as the Technical Support Engineer1.

    What You’ll Be Doing

    At Solera, we believe in providing clarity and focus to what our volunteers are responsible for – their mission. The 80’s, as we call them at Solera, are the employee’s priorities associated with their role or mission. The mission 80’s for this role, are:

    1. Technical Support of all Marketing products for escalated tickets to reduce SLA times to resolution by 5% YOY for: On Demand programs, Journey Programs, Mission Control platform, Red Rocket job monitoring, Driver Connect, and others.
    2.  Identifying, documenting, resolving and if possible, automating any type of product defects to reduce cases by 30 each quarter for FY19.
    3. Document and identify specific code breaks of product deftects to escalate to Engineering, allowing for a timely fix that will reduce impact to Engineering SLAs

    Qualifications

    Are You Qualified?

     

    Education: 

    Associates Degree in Computer Science or related subject, or 2+ years of relevant work experience required. Applicants currently in college/university are welcome to apply.

     

    Experience: 

    • 1+ years SQL Server 2005/2008 T-SQL Development

    • 1+ year of SSIS/SSRS Skills

    • Creating advanced SQL queries for reporting and support troubleshooting preferred

    • Proven experience in conducting analytical support in large data warehouses

    • Multi-tasking various issues and priorities for various accounts

    • Experience interacting with both technical and non-technical internal customers
