We’re on the hunt for an experienced Corporate Development Analyst who ranks in the top quartile among their peers. Someone who has a highly competitive and entrepreneurial mindset that is wired with a team-first attitude, has no problem rolling up their sleeves to execute their missions, and can modulate between leading and following as needed. Corporate Development is a key focus of Solera’s growth strategy. Executing strategic acquisitions, which entails Origination, Diligence, Execution, and Integration, will play a central role in achieving our Mission 2020 goal - $2 billion in revenue and $800 million in EBITDA by 2020. As a key member of our Corporate Development Group, this person will have the opportunity to shape the thinking in the creation of long-term value in a fast-paced, challenging environment and have significant interaction with (i) Solera’s senior leadership, (ii) outside advisors, and (iii) target management. This position will be based out of the Westlake, Texas office.
What You’ll Be Doing

The Analyst’s mission is to conduct timely and effective financial and strategic analyses in support of Solera’s strategic global growth initiatives across its various business sectors. Solera will seek to build upon its M&A track record by aggressively targeting high-quality acquisition revenue and number of deals completed.
