    Enservio is on the hunt for an experienced Product Marketing Specialist who ranks in the top quartile among their peers. Someone who has a highly competitive and entrepreneurial mindset that is wired with a team-first attitude, has no problem rolling up their sleeves to execute their missions, and can modulate between leading and following as needed.  We are looking for a team member who is has a deep passion for all elements of product marketing and a desire to leverage analytics to define success and enable the sales forces through all channels to be as effective as possible.

    Position 80s

    What You’ll Be Doing

    At Solera, we believe in providing clarity and focus to what our volunteers are responsible for – their mission.  The 80’s, as we call them at Solera, are the employee’s priorities associated with their role or mission.  The mission 80’s for this role, are:

    1. Work with the product and sales teams to translate the product into customer value.
    2. Work with Sales teams to develop effective strategic marketing plans for multiple product and service lines, ensuring maximum penetration in multiple markets throughout the product lifecycle.
    3. Conduct quantitative analysis on market potential, customer usage data, feature testing.

    Additional responsibilities of the role include:

    • Work directly with customers on case studies and use cases.
    • Write clear and articulate competitive messaging, positioning, and value propositions
    • Contribute to Sales Enablement through the creation and maintenance of sales presentations and materials.
    • Assist in the development and optimization of customer communications.
    • Create relevant marketing content including sales decks, blog posts, video testimonials and presentations, feature release communications, case studies, etc.


    Are You Qualified?

    • Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience
    • 3+ years product marketing experience with either B2B, SaaS, BPO products
    • Experience developing collateral for the complete product life cycle
    • Proven project management skills
    • High Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Must be skilled in InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator)
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven ability to generate impactful marketing content in various forms
    • Property & casualty insurance experience strongly preferred.
    • Self-starter who is able to coordinate multiple projects in a fast paced environment from start to finish
