    What You’ll Be Doing

    As a Management Consultant of the Office of the CEO (OCEO) team you will have the opportunity to shape the thinking in the creation of long-term value in a fast-paced, challenging environment and have significant interaction with Solera’s senior leadership. This role is critical to Solera’s success and will change with the requirements of the business.

    • Contribute to OCEO operating plan reviews and business transformation initiatives with math-based analytics & facts, detailed business profiling, competitive overviews and TAM/market share analysis
    • Conduct qualitative & quantitative research and analysis, intellectually uncover inherent trends and summarize data and facts from vertical and horizontal business units to support OCEO initiatives and presentations (internal and customer-facing).
    • Support OCEO team with interactions and presentations for customers, partners, industry trade shows, and board of directors.
    • Anticipate senior management team needs and ensure that strategic projects are followed up and completed in a timely manner with high delivery quality.
    • Prepare materials and documents related to the execution of key projects and programs being presented to the CEO; ensuring accuracy and quality.
    • Maintain accurate and up to date filing of project related documents and communications.

     

    Qualifications

    Are You Qualified?

     

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering or related field.
    • Individual Contributor with 3-7 years of experience in a similar position or as a management consultant from a top firm.
    • Experience working in software, financial technology, automotive services/technology, consumer finance/technology industries; with a background in investment banking, private equity, strategy consulting, or corporate development.
    • A keen interest in analytics, technology, innovation and process improvement as related to automotive services and technology industry preferred.
    • Proven track record in the management of people on behalf of senior management such as CEO, Managing Director, Chair and The Office of the CEO.
    • Ability to communicate in a fact-based manner with confidence, maturity, and passion for the mission. 
    • High energy, results-oriented, self-starter with excellent time and project management skills.
    • Thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
    • Background with ability to handle highly sensitive information.
    • Ability to build relationships across multiple functions and business units within the Company.
    • High levels of emotional intelligence, ability to guide/lead/push/drive and know when and how to manage by influence.
    • Possess excellent balance of tactical and strategic thinking.
    • Comfortable with financial data and reading financial models and statements.
    • Excellent multi-dimensional communication (written and verbal) expertise with proven ability to interact with multiple stakeholders.
