  • Mission

    Procures the necessary documentation in order to complete both Customer Choice and Subrogation claims.. 

    Position 80s

    • Interacts with body shops, vehicle owners, or claims adjusters to obtain the necessary documents and photos in order to complete the HyperQuest review process; 
    • Interacts with key personnel at HyperQuest customers; 
    • Ensures that all inbound assignments from Customers are processed in a timely manner; 
    • Interacts with vehicle owners to provide customer service and obtain information on claims; 
    • Creates and processes new claim assignments; 
    • Corresponds with insured or customer to obtain information, or informs them of claim status or changes; 
    • Organizes and works with detailed records, maintaining proper documentation within each claim transaction; 
    • Confers with customers by telephone or via email to provide information about claims, to modify assignments, cancel assignments, or obtain details of complaints; 
    • Checks to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems; 
    • Keeps records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken; 
    • Requests LINK installations by technical support team for those body shops that do not currently have LINK actively installed; 


    Must be flexible to work extended/flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, evenings, etc., as necessary; and,


    All other related and/or additional responsibilities that may be required or assigned.



    Any equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the applicant with the knowledge, skills, and abilities required to perform the job will be considered.


    • Minimum of a High School education or GED required



    • One year customer service experience



    To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following knowledge, skills or behaviors:


    • Proficient experience using MS Office Applications
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, judgment and decision-making skills.
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Strong customer service skills

    Ability to:

    • Communicate clearly and effectively (both verbally and in writing)
    • Build relationships over the phone; 
    • Pay attention to detail
    • Accurately perform basic math calculations to ensure that damage estimates are handled appropriately by Claims Adjusters
    • Work effectively as part of a team.
    • Multi-task in a fast-paced, stressful environment;
    • Sit for multiple hours at a time and to work multiple hours a day at a computer keyboard; and,
    • Remain alert and focused during the work day.
