WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Deliver unparalleled service and product support to ensure Audatex Canada is integrated deeply into our clients’ business processes and the successful use of Claims Management Solution into their business operations. As an engaged, knowledgeable, service staff you will become known in the industry as the “go-to” team member for claims and BSMS solutions.
This is a hands-on, results oriented role supporting the sales teams in moving opportunities from qualification to full implementation.
Professional Services Consultants utilize in-depth knowledge of our clients’ needs and workflows to provide technical guidance and ensure our solutions deliver a high value proposition.
The role is accountable for providing Professional Services to our Insurance and body shop clients.·
Directly assist sales team in achieving, meeting or exceeding Audatex stated financial quotas and targets· Apply and continuously improve implementation, training and support drills to ensure solution adoption and 4:1/8:1 ROI validation·
Work as a trusted advisor to provide claims solutions to our clients’ needs, perform on-site installation, training, and support of software/ workflow solutions and complex equipment and software systems·
Meet and exceed training, client support, implementation and Professional Services targets·
Support internal teams in the analysis and identification of solutions for the Canadian Marketplace·
Assist in the testing of new releases, solutions and workflows prior to release to the Canadian Marketplace·
Assist in the creation of training documentation and certification programs for Audatex products·
Perform additional duties as required.
ARE YOU QUALIFIED?
Post-secondary education or equivalent in at least two related disciplines (Computer Science, Automotive Industry, Education/Training).
Two or more years of related experience, with an understanding of client server & network environments, PC operating systems and hardware platforms.
Solid stand up training and presentation skills·
Ability to multi-task, respond and reacts to a variety of different critical issues simultaneously.
In depth knowledge of Claims Solution.
Bilingual in French and English would be considered an asset, but is not required·
Strong analytical and problem solving skills·
Highly output focused with drive for consistently overachieving results· Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills in front of customers, prospects, sales meetings, trade shows and executives·
Ability to delegate responsibility and commensurate authority to the organization but still remain hands-on with attention to detail·
Willingness and ability to travel 40% of the time within Canada with occasional travel to the U.S.
Affinity for building strong relationships with multiple teams in a matrix environment·
Ability to thrive in a fast faced, often changing environment
