Job Summary: The Virtual Account Manager performs telephone and video-based consulting with automobile dealership management concerning their service & marketing operations. The Virtual Account Manager identifies areas of opportunity for the dealership to increase revenue as well as makes suggestions for the improvement of dealership staff’s performance and productivity using AutoPoint products & services. The Virtual Account Manager also consults to marketing strategies to promote & grow dealership business via email, mail, & call campaigns.
