Mission

The OnDemand Coordinator is the operational expert on the OnDemand product, responsible for day-to-day coordination, support and problem solving, while proposing and managing product and process enhancements, and best practices to stimulate customer adoption and on-going use of the product.

 

This role is currently slated as a temporary role until further notice.

Position 80s

  • Advocates for product and process enhancements to satisfy customers and improve production efficiency.
  • Coordinates resources and completes tasks to ensure a quality, on time availability of OnDemand catalog items.
  • Ensures that all OnDemand orders are reviewed and approved to meet SLA for scheduled mail drop or email launch.
  • Develops training and documentation to facilitate understanding and use of OnDemand product.

Qualifications

  •  Customer Service experience required.
  •  Specialized training or experience in project management / coordination required.
  •  Experience working in a technology-rich environment a plus.
  •  Experience in automotive marketing desirable.
