This role is based in Roanoke, TX, providing technical support for senior leaders located within the DFW metroplex. It calls for an individual that’s very highly motivated, able to manage multiple and competing priorities and able to remain calm under pressure. The role encompasses all activities and technologies related to a leading-edge enterprise office environment, but with a strong focus on security, systems administration, including Active Directory, Office365, Azure AD, Skype for Business (S4B), Microsoft Teams and other cloud technologies. Experience with Azure Active Directory is a must. The majority of end-user devices are Mac and IOS, so experience in handling and troubleshooting those devices is critical.
