Actively manage a large geographical territory of customers while strengthening business relationships and market presence.  Deliver superior client training, consulting, and account/relationship management.

Take accountability and ownership for the client’s successful use of Audatex Products & Services, resulting in efficiency for clients

  • Account management of given territories and projects within
  • Conduct professional software training and workshops for end users at client sites
  • Perform client software/hardware troubleshooting and issue resolution
  • Carry out routine site visits with client management and key contacts to maintain open communication
  • Act upon client needs and requests in timely and efficient manner; ensure product performance is exceptional
  • Identify opportunities tied to client initiatives and key performance indicators
  • Perform data and metrics analysis and identify any areas that need improvement
  • Collaborate with other business units (Product Development, Product Management, Marketing, Sales, etc) and use data to improve products and better position AudaExplore in the market arena
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics as related to productivity, client retention, and client satisfaction
  • Submit implementation plan of action designed to drive improvement on client key initiatives
  • Execute on improvement strategy; track and monitor results
  • Perform other related tasks as necessary

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience required

  • Minimum 5 years of related experience
  • Fully proficient in all AudaExplore products/solutions, job related areas and client workflows
  • Knowledge and previous work experience in the Insurance Automobile Claims Industry is preferred
  • Must be able to use professional concepts to solve a variety of problems
  • Requires ability to work on problems of moderate scope, where analysis of situation requires a review of identifiable factors
  • Able to work from general instructions on routine work and participate in team efforts
  • Must work effectively within a team environment
  • Must be able to exercise judgment within defined procedures to determine appropriate action
  • Must learn and apply company policies, practices and procedures to accurately and expediently complete assigned duties and responsibilities
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Must meet both client and organization needs producing accountable results
  • Must have an established record of professional training, public speaking, software usage/ support, consultation and exceptional customer service
  • Able to travel overnight 70% each month
  • Must be able to take responsibility for our client’s success while actively applying our company’s core philosophies
