We are currently searching for a highly motivated Inside Sales professional to sell our industry-leading estimating product to collision repair shops in the Midwest Territory.


Position 80s

  • In partnership with the Territory Field Sales Manager and an Account Manager, the Inside Sales Representative generates revenue by targeting collision repair shop prospects to sell new products and services, and prospect for new customer opportunities.
  • Develops customer relationships via telephone from the User level to the Owner, Manager and Finance levels of collision repair shops
  • Communicates the value proposition of the Audatex suite of products to potential customers
  • Creates marketing campaigns to increase sales opportunities in the team's territory


  • Bachelor Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience
  • Demonstrated proficiency in verbal and written communications, listening and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge and previous experience in the Insurance Automobile Claims Industry and/or customer facing software is preferred
  • Results, customer and achievement driven, with the ability to affect positive results through action
  • Must be able to use professional sales process and concepts to manage sales pipeline and to solve a variety of objections
  • Proven ability to rebound quickly after rejection
  • Must be able to work successfully autonomously and within a team environment
  • Must be able to exercise judgment within defined procedures to determine appropriate action
  • Must learn and apply company policies, practices and procedures to accurately and expediently complete assigned duties and responsibilities.
  • Must be able to support our clients’ success while actively applying our company’s core philosophies and principles
