Retention Credit Collection Representative

Collections Agent is responsible for reaching out to customers to collect payment for overdue payments and manages overdue accounts. Maintains good customer relations with client while resolving account delinquency and preventing cancellations. Works closely with the cancellations team and reactivation efforts. 

Position 80s

  • 100% of collections cases within 24 hours.
  • Collect on 85% of cases within 14 days of creation
  • Collect on total of 15% cases in 45 days.


  • Must have collection or telemarketing experience = 1 year+.
  • Must have product knowledge of Identifix and Direct Shop.
  • Salesforce Experience = 6 months+.
  • College Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Problem Solving Skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain accuracy.
