The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for the success of Compliance, Audit, Review, Inspection and other solutions, including predictive, in the Claims Platform. Will use in-depth knowledge of the best practices and the latest trends in Claims to drive tactical and strategic product vision, roadmap and requirements for market leading solutions delivered as part of the integrated claims processing platform. Will drive solution adoption, revenue growth and profitability, and will act as a business process consultant during client implementations.

The Senior Product Manager will work closely with multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure client needs are effectively communicated and understood by the business, built and validated by our Product Development teams, and serviced through our field and online support teams. The Senior Product Manager will have the opportunity to chart the direction of the existing product lines as well as determine the strategy for entering new markets.


  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a similar environment
  • Extensive experience of working with Lean / Agile methodologies
  • Demonstrated success working with engineering teams to plan, develop, refine, and launch successful software products
  • Skilled in pragmatic & flexible application of agile methodology & techniques in a challenging, solution-driven business environment
  • Ideally has exposure to working with data and analytics products
  • Experience with B2B service models & expectations
  • MA/MS in Computer Science, Business, or a related technical field
  • Experience in automotive, heavy duty trucking, insurance, or auto body repair industry a plus
