Someone who has a highly competitive and entrepreneurial mindset that is wired with a team-first attitude, has no problem rolling up their sleeves to execute their missions, and can modulate between leading and following as needed.  You will serve as the Senior Account Manager.

    What You’ll Be Doing

    At Solera, we believe in providing clarity and focus to what our volunteers are responsible for – their mission. The 80’s, as we call them at Solera, are the employee’s priorities associated with their role or mission.  The mission 80’s for this role, are:

    • Solution Counsulting
    • Account Retention and Management
    • Share IDENTIFIX's value and industry knowledge

    Additional responsibilities of the role include:

    • Understands the key performance indicators (KPI) that leverage the Aftermarket business
    • Effectively communicates Identifix’s value proposition and aligns it with the customer.
    • Regularly reviews, with assigned accounts, the results of the marketing product suite.
    • Identifies and recommends program changes and marketing strategies
    • Shares Identifix’s knowledge and industry findings with assigned accounts.  
    • Manages the retention, product penetration and growth of assigned accounts.
    • Manages all customer issues and conflict resolution.
    • Captures Account requests for enhancements and recommended changes. Prioritizes and communicates these requests with appropriate internal team members.
    • Communicates all program changes, enhancements and application bug fixes to the appropriate team
    • Maintains dealer contacts and business activity in Salesforce.com on a regular basis.
    • Processes and files internal documentation/communication on a timely basis, including but not limited to; 

                              Quarterly Business Reviews

                              Goals/Goals Achieved

                              Schedules future meetings

                              Market research

                              Provides valuable and constructive feedback.



    • Must be flexible to work extended/flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, evenings, etc., as necessary; and
    • All other related and/or additional responsibilities that may be required or assigned.



    Are You Qualified?

    • 4+ years professional experience in one of the following: sales, customer service, marketing
    • Automotive experience a plus

    • Self-motivated with little need for management involvement

    • Strong verbal & written communication skills

    • Strong phone communication skills; good command of the English language

    • Strong interpersonal communication skills; able to interface comfortably and effectively with all levels of dealership management

    • Strong ability to interpret analytical data and share that information clearly with dealership personnel; ability to translate data into process improvement opportunities

    • Must be able to sit for long periods of time in front of a computer

    • Must be able to communicate on phones for 50% + of the day  


    Other qualifications:

    Must be able to travel 25% of time.
