Job Description

 

Explore has had significant success in entering a new market, the employer fleet segment, to leverage its industry leadership in driver violation monitoring. As part of our continued strategy Explore is seeking an experienced Senior Strategic Sales Account Executive to further expand new product growth and increased market share across a target list of enterprise accounts. This exciting role requires an experienced service/data executive who is a self-starter, and can identify customer needs by fostering and maintaining meaningful sales relationships. This position is ideally located in Eagan, MN (must be near major metro airport).

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Demonstrated ability to sell to – and develop partnerships with – senior client executives
  • Ability to identify customer needs and articulate our value proposition while demonstrating ROI/CBA
  • Execute entire sales lifecycle – lead generation to discovery to presentation to close
  • Ability to manage the customer relationship for additional product/service solution opportunities, including customer retention and contract renewal
  • Responsible for working collaboratively with other Fleet sales Account Executives on marketing, sales, and pull-through strategies for account penetration success
  • Proficiency with developing and delivering sales presentations, to include remote, web-based presentations
  • Proficiency with CRM systems – i.e. Salesforce.com, etc
  • Self-motivated, passionate, and team-oriented
  • Ability to travel up to 50% required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft products
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, or related degree
  • 7 to 10 years of successful enterprise account sales experience
  • Demonstrated success in business to business sales, with preference in the transportation/fleet space
  • Demonstrated success in working with channel partners and resellers of services within the Fleet Management, Pre-Employment Screening, Safety & Compliance Mgmt, and GPO, is preferred
  • Background working with business risk managers, information solutions, or technology preferred
  • Background meeting and exceeding sales goals either in an office or working remotely, is preferred
