Are You Uncommon?
The Talent Management Operations Lead will help drive business process and policy improvements with the talent management team while insuring they link with the HRIS system. The TM Operations Lead is the point person for the HRIS system, providing day-to-day user support, systems configuration, integrations, reporting and troubleshooting. This position drives the collaboration efforts with HR Management, team members and cross-functional teams to analyze and improve business processes while leveraging the return on process improvement and technical capabilities. This role helps to design and build project plans, adheres to project schedules, and maintains a systems orientation. They can work effectively with peers and management to set process improvement and technology priorities which will thereby support compensation strategy & planning.
