The Shop Management System Group of Solera develops and markets software in the Automotive aftermarket.  We are looking for talented developers to play a key role in the development of our web-based and mobile products. The ideal candidates are capable of working across our stack having strong experience building scalable service oriented architectures with .NET, C#, SQL Server, Angular and other appropriate technologies.

  • Design, implement and maintain web based software utilizing Angular, ASP, ASP.NET, C# and Visual Studio.
  • Participate in design decisions, tool selection and process improvement for developing software.
  • Perform design reviews, code reviews, unit testing as part of the software development process
  • Collaborate with different development teams geographically distributed as needed.
  • Be an active participant in leveraging and using Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) best practices
  • Work as a part of a scrum team to develop high quality software in a timely manner
  • Help to configure and maintain our production web server environments and development web server environments


  • Professional experience in database design and development, preferably MS SQL, SSIS, ETL
  • Professional experience using service oriented architectures including REST services, web services, design patterns such as MVVM and MVC3\4, WebAPI, and windows frameworks such as WPF, WCF, Windows Service and Entity Framework highly desired.
  • Professional experience with complementary technologies used for developing applications including JavaScript, JSON, JQuery, AJAX, and XML. Proficiency with frameworks such as Angular JS, Bootstrap JS, and Node.JS highly desired.
  • 3 years developing external facing web sites used in ecommerce desired
  • Understanding of all levels of the internet software stack
  • Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work in a process oriented team environment.
  • Written and Verbal communication skills in English.
