Embed Solera Principles:

As a Solera company we follow a set of organizational principles that encourage and foster an environment of innovation, high and outstanding results. Each day, these principles guide how we operate.

Think 80/20 – This principle is at the heart of everything we do. It helps us to focus on the output of the mission and takes the emotion out of how we operate. We focus on the 20 percent of our efforts that drive 80 percent of the results.  There is always one eighty who takes ownership of a project and there can be multiple twenties. By working together, we can achieve incredible results.

Act 30/30 –We continually identify the 30 percent waste while increasing output by 30 percent.

Live 90/10 – This principle is about accountability. You have to be 90 percent accountable for all things whether it is in your control or not. As a leader at AutoPoint you are 90 percent accountable for what happens now, in the future and what has happened in the past.  Those around you are also 10 percent accountable.
