Hollander is currently seeking a seasoned Data Supply Analyst.

 

Summary

The Data Supply Analyst is the final escalation point for all technical issues arising from Production Management software.  Technical issues that cannot be resolved by Tier I and Tier II support staff are escalated to the Data Supply Analyst.  This person is capable of troubleshooting and resolving the most difficult and complicated issues.  This position works closely with Customer Care, Technical Support, Field Engineering, Product Management, and Product Development.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Final escalation point for Tier 1 and Tier 2 support agents on Production Management software.
  • Client administration and provisioning for Production Management/Gateway Software.
  • Provide on-site or remote access support to any customer issues that are escalated to Tier III level support.
  • Provide training for customers on processes specific to each business.
  • Provide after-hours coverage as part of the support services organization when necessary.
  • Be available for deployment testing as needed.
  • Provide internal training for associates on new enhancements and features.
  • QA work for bug fixes and enhancements – validate list for development team.
  • Data Supply Analysts could be required to travel to client sites on short notice.
  • Ensure that customer and/or product inquiries are responded to within established timeframes and customer care and technical support service levels are achieved.
  • Provide website/email hosting for customers – including domain transfers and purchasing new domains.
  • Manage data imports to ensure that customer data is processing each night.

Qualifications

EDUCATION, SKILLS and EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 4+ years supporting production systems that include client-server, web and windows services, Web/SaaS applications and services.
  • 2+ years of experience working Microsoft technologies such as MS SQL Databases, and Windows Servers preferred
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and working knowledge of Windows Operating systems across multiple versions of the operating system
  • Demonstrates strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written communication and verbal skills in addition to strong listening skills.
  • Demonstrates strong customer relation skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and problems
  • Perform in an effective and timely manner to successfully solve problems for customers and allow them to continue managing their business workflows.
