    The Sr. Product Analyst position will be responsible for creating and owning the methodology and process for determining the ROI of our marketing suite of products. This includes providing insights to the company and partnering with the management team to provide actionable business insights.

    What You’ll Be Doing

    At Solera, we believe in providing clarity and focus to what our volunteers are responsible for – their mission. The 80’s, as we call them at Solera, are the employee’s priorities associated with their role or mission. The mission 80’s for this role, are:


    • Create and own methodology and process for determining ROI of marketing suite of products
    • Provide insights, analysis, and recommendations to improve product performance across clients
    • Partner with management team to assist in the creation of client and industry presentations
    • Gather requirements from a variety of sources to support product development process
    • Communicate information to required internal teams and to clients as needed
    • Research and analyze products for new features based on requirements defined by business owners
    • Work closely with the Product Owner to manage customer enhancement requests and expectations
    • Act as a liaison to clearly communicate ideas between technical and non-technical stakeholders



    Are You Qualified?


    • Strong communication skills to communicate technical and nontechnical information to internal stakeholders.
    • A minimum of 3 years of experience in software or related product development experience
    • Experience using Agile SCRUM development processes
    • Ability to manage large, complex projects
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Knowledge and understanding of the full software development lifecycle and associated methodologies that are helpful
    • Attention to detail
    • Strong planning and organizational skills involving the ability to manage multiple work tasks effectively.
    • Self-motivated and ability to work independently
    • Experience working in an SQL or Hadoop environment. Programming skills preferred but not required
    • Proficient with Tableau or related business reporting tool
    • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate in a team as well as across functional groups
    • Must be able to travel occasionally if requested
    • Experience in analyzing products with a digital footprint



    • Master’s Degree in business, economics, finance or related quantitative field
