Mission

The position is responsible for handling customer promotional campaigns, identifying, qualifying, and closing business with current accounts. Inside Account Managers report to the Director of Key Accounts. Inside Account managers are responsible for handling customer’s on-demand campaigns and introducing new ways to help customers improve their business results through adoption of the Autopoint marketing solutions. By directing the efforts of our Inside Account Managers, our company achieves success through the increased success of its customers.

Position 80s

  • Develop and recommend campaigns to complement the Customer Journey
  • Develop goals for each territory. Formulate strategies, opportunity criteria, account knowledge as foundation for goals. Territory goals: improve account CSI, retention, and revenue growth of the respective territory.
  • Develop a process to efficiently and effectively handle customer requests for on-demand digital campaigns.
  • Account management skills include areas such as; handling inbound customer requests, account planning, pre-call planning, meeting skills, questioning techniques, selling skills, product knowledge, and other account management standards of behavior.
  • Inside Account Managers activities including pre-call planning, customer meetings, and debriefing sessions. Develop coaching plans and techniques to improve the overall performance of the client and professionalism of the company.
  • Provide support to team and clients; exemplify trust, ethics, and professionalism at all times. Handle issues and disputes in a timely and effective manner.
  • Record all account activity in AutoPoint’s SalesForce.com tool
  • Coordinate all activity with the Field Account Management team

  • Proven administrative support to a team of individuals, ensuring a variety of business expectations are met

 

Education and/or Experience:                         

  • 4-year degree and 4+ years relevant experience preferred.
