As the Territory Sales Manager, for Identifix, under Solera North America  you will be tasked with selling a suite of software products that runs every aspect of an automotive repair facility.  Product capabilities include invoicing, repair and diagnostic information systems, and customer retention.  Our  product offerings are second to none, and sought after in the industry. The Territory Sales Manger will be provided with a laptop computer, mobile phone and 30 days of extensive training.  All business expenses are covered as well.  A base salary and generous commissions program make this a very attractive position. 

Position 80s

  • Travel through the respective territory selling a bundled shop management suite of software.
  • Make sales calls to 10+ Automotive Aftermarket Repair Dealers daily.
  • Conduct information gathering, product demonstrations, cost justification, and finally closing the sale. 
  • Spend a minimum of 4 hours training new customers onsite for Shop Management Software.
  • Territory Sales Managers are required to log all daily activity into Salesforce.com.
  • Participate in weekly conference calls with senior management  to report and discuss territory activity.
  • Provide weekly pipeline reports to the Director of Sales.
  • Territory Sales Managers are required to maintain a 75% retention rate for new first year customers.
  • Conduct sales seminars across the territory, promoting Soleras products and services.
  • Work closely with the Director of Sales and Business Development teams to service Strategic Accounts.


  • 5+ years Automotive industry sales experience, specifically calling on aftermarket shops, jobbers and distribution networks.
  • Territory management, time management skills are required.
  • Ability to work in a remote environment. 
  • Strong computer knowledge is required. (Hardware, Software, Networking)
  • 3+ years experience in outside selling environment is required. 
  • Must demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential.
  • Excellent follow-up and communications skills
  • Strong reasoning, analytical and problem solving skills
  • High degree of integrity to handle confidential material.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work with remote individuals
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Must be very independent and mature.
  • Must be able to travel up to 50%
