Mission

Primary responsibility as the eBay subject matter expert to our clients and prospects, utilizing this expertise to grow eBay program revenues. This role works collaboratively with a wide range of internal and external resources, including clients, Sales, Technical Support, Installation, Product Management, Product Development, and eBay team members to achieve annual program sales.

Position 80s

  • Responsible for meeting / exceeding eBay program revenue for their assigned Region(s).
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the eBay Motors marketplace, including eBay standards, policies, and best practices; collaborate closely with the eBay Motors team.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Hollander’s eBay listing solution including features, benefits, value proposition, and competitive position.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of the automotive recycling industry, including industry trends and potential impact on clients.
  • Partner with Account Executives and Account Managers to consult with clients and prospects on how to successfully establish / grow their eBay business.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors’ degree preferred; equivalent work experience considered.
  • 3+ years successful commissioned sales experience, especially experience working with a channel partner.
  • Experience selling on the eBay marketplace.
  • Experience in the automotive services industry strongly preferred (recycling, collision repair, estimating, insurance).
  • Demonstrated learning aptitude – ability to absorb and apply extensive industry and product knowledge to customers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Goal oriented, focused on achieving/exceeding expected results while exercising initiative
  • Strong customer focus—dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of customers and acts with customer in mind.
  • Ability to manage multiple functions at the same time, while being able to deliver in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Intermediate to advanced experience of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Prior experience utilizing Salesforce.com desired.
  • Regular travel, approximately 25%
