The HR Director will have experience in all facets of Human Resources, with a very strong focus on employee retention/relations and change management. The incumbent will play a key role in ensuring the organization achieves its mission and goals. (both short-term and long-term) The ideal candidate will understand the importance of and display the ability to provide employees and management with valuable feedback through daily interactions, coaching and counseling. The HR Director will support 635 employees across multiple states.
