Mission

Solera is a leading provider of risk and asset management software and services to the automotive and property marketplace, including the global P&C insurance industry. Due to our continued growth, Solera is establishing a new world class Finance Business Services center in South Jordan, UT to support our North American business operations.

 

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivables Specialist to help enable the enterprise “order to cash” process on behalf of our North American businesses.

 

Position 80s

In this position you will:

  • Process and post customer payments
  • Action lock box files and post credit card receipts
  • Maintain customer files
  • Respond to inquiries regarding pricing, disputes, credits, and outstanding balances
  • Work directly with internal and external customers to resolve billing and payment issues
  • Reconciliation of Receivables vs. Bank Statements / Balances
  • Assist with Month End Closing
  • Analyze monthly invoices / monthly metrics

Qualifications

For this position you need:

  • Associates Degree in Business or related field or combination of education and relevant experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in AR, preferably in Insurance or Software Industry
  • Must be proficient in MS Office: Word and Excel
  • Must have strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Must be highly motivated and ambitious
  • Must have excellent verbal and written skills
  • Preference for Microsoft Dynamics SL / AX ERP experience as well as experience with Chargify or MAS500
