Mission

The Hotline Operations Representative is the primary contact with customers who are calling the technical hotline for assistance.   They are responsible for processing initial call requests to our hotline as well as collection of information on previous repairs. Resolving any Hotline account questions/concerns/issues in an efficient manner is their primary mission. The Hotline Operations Representative must be able to manage several systems at once while multitasking between inbound calls, outbound calls, voicemail, email requests and other duties.

  • Serve as the primary contact with customers who are calling the technical hotline for assistance
  • Processing initial call requests to our hotline, as well as collection of information on previous repairs.
  • Resolving any Hotline account questions/concerns/issues in an efficient manner leading to  increased customer satisfaction and allowing us to build better relationships to enable future sales opportunities for additional revenue.

 

Qualifications

  • Strong computer skills, including the ability to navigate multiple computer systems and programs at one time
  • Good problem solving and follow through skills
  • Ability to manage inbound calls and provide telephone coverage of customer service lines and technical hotline
  • Must be able to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced team environment
  • Capability to type notes from phone conversation, at least 40 wpm with minimal errors
  • The ability to be organized and able to deal with different types of personalities in a personable manner.
  • Minimum of 2+ years in customer service experience
  • 2+ years of outbound or inbound call or hotline experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized and flexible
  • Ability to work independently
  • Interpersonal communications, and phone etiquette skills 
  • Detail Oriented
  • Must be able to work 10:30am - 7:05pm, Mon-Fri
