Mission

Based out of our Dallas, TX location, you will lead the Brand and Product Marketing leaders and a
team of shared marketing services professionals (creative, graphics, copywright, etc.) located in the region. You will also work closely with Commercial leaders across all of Solera's key vertical markets and the corporate Global Marketing team. Your primary objectives will be to continuously
strengthen the Solera portfolio brands, proliferate awareness of our solutions and drive customer
loyalty and growth - all to meet or exceed the company's revenue objectives.

Position 80s

  • Develop and execute compelling marketing and communication plans in line with product value propositions and creative standards.
  • Define and drive digital strategies for customer acquisition, retention and engagement.
  • Create inbound traffic/demand for our technologies and services.
  • Continuously build brand awareness by managing marketing communications and programs, PR, media and events to maintain the highest level of visibility for the brands.
  • Craft overall presentation of Solera brands (Identifix, AutoPoint, etc.) as presented through digital/web, marketing collateral and conference materials.
  • Develop digital marketing plans and partner with design teams to build effective digital campaigns, new product launches and platforms.
  • Drive brand message and presence at major industry events to effectively present at conferences, trade shows and public venues.
  • Drive online/social media strategies for Solera brands that provide growth and positive exposure.

Qualifications

  • At least 10 years of experience in senior marketing leadership roles.
  • Foundation in brand marketing or solutions/ product marketing (ideally cross-trained in both) with significant experience in software, technology, multi-unit or diversified brand experience a plus, but not necessary
  • Demonstrated experience leading marketing and advertising initiatives with a performance history of driving revenue and increasing market share within high-growth, fast-paced environments.
  • Strong awareness and use of social media channels (especially LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and Twitter).
  • Undergraduate degree; MBA preferred
